1. Processing Time
All jewelry is handmade to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for production before shipment. For custom pieces, processing may take 5–7 business days.
2. Shipping Options & Timeframes
We ship worldwide from our studio. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:
- United States: 5–8 business days (Standard), 2–3 days (Express)
- Canada / UK / Europe: 6–12 business days
- Asia-Pacific / Australia: 7–14 business days
Note: Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs clearance.
3. Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on orders over $200
- $8 flat rate (Standard)
- $25 flat rate (Express / DHL / FedEx)
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking info to update.
5. Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
