1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on non-custom, unworn jewelry within 14 days of delivery. Custom-made, engraved, or made-to-measure pieces are non-refundable.

2. Return Conditions

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied or partially refunded

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable service. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges & Repairs

We offer one-time size exchanges or clasp adjustments on eligible items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at nwpearldesign@hotmail.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
